It all started when I made and sold beaded feather hair clips in the 5th grade.  My dad called me an entrepreneur, but I didn’t really grasp what that meant.  All I knew was that the other kids were paying me cash money for something I had fun making!

In high school, I wrote my first radio commercial - for ear plugs - in a business class.  Scene one, take one: the wife is nagging the husband and when the husband inserts said earplugs, he hears: well, instant silence.  I recorded it (on a cassette recorder) with one of the cutest guys in the school as my project partner *swoon* and I’m pretty sure I received an “A.” Double win high five. And such was the genesis of my career in marketing.

It’s the creativity of selling something you love and the strategery (still one of my favorite words, thank you former President Bush) that gets me out of bed in the morning.  It’s also the problem-solving factor that draws me in.  Thanks to StrengthsFinder, my “restorative” nature means that I have an innate ability to fix things.  How does that relate to marketing, you ask?  I can identify your business’s needs and help you achieve them, or better yet, surpass them.
